Ava is graduating from Field High School. This beautiful girl wanted to have her session at Gervasi Vineyard and I was super excited because this location offers a ton of variety with so many cool spots. The fall colors were simply spectacular (check out the first image below!).

Ava was in gymnastics with my daughter years ago—she was the youngest, tiniest, fastest gymnast on the team, and the most fun to watch! She made flying in the air seem so effortless and it was clear she really enjoyed it.

Her family and I have kept in touch throughout the years. I have done their family photos in the past, but the biggest honor was to be able to take Ava’s senior pictures. How I loved her session! It was so surreal to see Ava now as a young woman—gorgeous as ever, still so active but in volleyball instead of gymnastics, and incredibly sweet and fun to work with. What an amazing time we had at the vineyard. Ava’s choice of outfits was perfect for this location. We ended up with so many amazing images that her gallery was much larger than normal for my senior girls. I’m sure her mom had a difficult time narrowing down her pictures!

Ava also studied cosmetology in high school and plans to get a job at a salon after she graduates. Thank you, Ava, for letting me take your senior pictures. I had such a wonderful evening exploring the grounds of Gervasi Vineyard with you and your mom. Stay sweet and shine bright, Young One! xo
